Shipping Delays- Due to COVID-19, our carriers may experience some delays.
We Ship Through Canada Post
Products on shop.waterloobikeshop.com are only available to be shipped domestically via Canada Post.
Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout, and you can choose the shipping option that suits your needs. You can also choose to pick-up your item in-store.
CanadaPost Expedited Service - (REGULAR SERVICE)
You will receive your purchase 4 to 7 business days from the time we process your order. Ontario locations: usually within 1 or 2 days. Rest of Canada: please allow 4 - 7 business days for delivery.
CanadaPost ExpressPost Service - (EXPRESS SERVICE)
You will receive your purchase 1 to 3 business days from the time we process your order. Ontario locations: usually next day. Rest of Canada: please allow up to 3 business days for Express shipments.
Shipping Rates:
To determine the shipping cost you should select the product(s) you want and proceed to the checkout. All costs (shipping and taxes) will be calculated and you do not have to submit the order.
Remote Service Areas:
Customers who live in remote or isolated areas that do not receive mail on a daily basis, may be subject to additional shipping fees. Only Sports will notify you if there are any changes to your expected cost prior to fulfilling your order.
Incorrect Address Problems:
If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.
Procedures for Online Orders:
No order will be accepted unless complete information is provided including: Full Name, Full Address, Valid Email Address, Phone Number (including the area code).
Order Cancellations:
You can only cancel an order if you placed your order after 10 am (Ontario time). Most orders that are placed before 10 am are shipped that same day. If you placed your order at night, we receive it the next business day before 10 am to process so if you contact us after 10 am, we cannot cancel it.
To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number and full name in the message body or call us at: 226-336-7400 between (10 am and 5 pm Ontario time).
Cancellation Fee:
Please note that when you place an order your credit card is charged within seconds of the completed transaction. If you decide to cancel your order we will charge a 10% Cancellation Fee. Your credit card will be refunded, minus 10% of the total amount charged to cover the fees that are charged to us when we process your order with Visa or Mastercard.
Information Confirmation:
If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we reserve the right to request personal identification from the customer in order to verify the authenticity of the order. If we feel that something is suspicious, we may or may not ask the customer to send their identification either in the form of a scanned image or by fax. We also reserve the right to deny orders that may seem to be fraudulent. Personal Identification includes passport, driver's license, scanned image or fax of the credit card, and/or photo identification. Specifics will be detailed in an email which will be sent to the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Details will also be available by logging into your account.
In-store/curbside Pickup
Orders that are chosen to be picked up from our store will be ready the same day of purchase, upon pickup confirmation email. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we ask that customers please follow health and safety protocols when visiting the store for pickup. Please call or knock on the door to let us know you are here so that we can bring your product to you.
Return Policy
At Waterloo Bike Shop, we try our best to provide our customers with the right products for their needs at the best price we can.
Hassle-free returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected] or call 226-336-7400 within 14 days of receiving your items to start a return. We only do exchanges or store credit at this time.
*Clearance/sale items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
How to return
Products must be in their original packaging to be eligible for exchanges or store credit.
To return your purchase, please bring or ship your items to the shop located at 255 Toll Gate Blvd Waterloo, ON N2L 4W3 (customers are responsible for return costs).

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract: the risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
